This torrent consists of well over 100 James Taylor performances of songs he has never released officially on a studio album. At the time of its compilation (Summer 2005) EVERY unreleased song known to have been recorded was included in this set. This may well still be the case. (If you have something not on here please let me know and I'll add it on. Of course, due to the many different sources of these recordings, the sound quality varies considerably. Still, there is not a song in there which is not listenable. This is truly the ULTIMATE James Taylor rarities!
Many thanks to Greg Benson, owner and moderator of "The James Taylor Website," for putting this set together. Tracks were taken from more than 150 James Taylor shows. The best-sounding available copies were used. I myself contributed about a dozen or so of the tracks Greg didn't have in his collection. Special thanks also go to Jeff Swenson for providing the remaining dozen tracks. This torrent breaks down to 5 quite full CD's and nearly 6 hours of music. Enjoy! Steve
